Terms of Use

1. General provisions

These Terms of Use set out how the Nelio mobile app and the films, series and other audiovisual materials offered through it may be used (the “Service”). The Service is operated by NELIO LLC, Republic of Uzbekistan (“Nelio”, “we”).

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Nelio lets users watch films, series and other videos in the app. Content, languages, quality, availability and the catalogue may change over time. Some materials are free; others are offered with a paid subscription or under other payment terms.

The Service depends on an internet connection, a suitable device, its operating system and an up-to-date version of the app. Nelio does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device.

3. Account and security

• When you sign up, give accurate and current details, including your phone number or email address.
• Do not share your confirmation code or sign-in details with anyone. You are responsible for what is done through your account, except where the law provides otherwise.
• If you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission, tell us at once at [email protected].
• Watch age-restricted content only within the law and the age ratings shown in the app. Minors should use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Subscription, prices and payments

The price of paid plans, their duration, what content they include and the available payment methods are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase. By confirming the payment, you accept the price and terms shown.

Payments may be processed through Click, Payme or other payment providers available in the app. Card details may be processed by the payment provider; Nelio is responsible only for data actually stored in its own systems.

If a subscription renews automatically, the purchase screen must clearly show this, the next charge date, the amount and how to cancel. Automatic renewal happens only with the user’s consent. If the app offers no automatic renewal, access may end when the subscription period ends.

If a payment fails or the bank/provider declines it, access to content may not be activated or may be limited for a time. Prices may change in the future; changes do not apply retroactively to a period already paid for, unless the law or the purchase terms require otherwise.

5. Cancellation, refunds and complaints

How to cancel a subscription depends on the platform and payment method used. Follow the cancellation instructions in the app or write to [email protected]. Cancelling may stop the next renewal but does not necessarily end the period already paid for at once.

Refunds are handled under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the terms shown at purchase and the rules of the platform or payment provider concerned. Refunds are not guaranteed; however, this clause does not limit consumer rights established by law. If a payment was made by mistake or twice, contact us with the transaction date, amount and payment ID.

6. Permitted use

You get a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to watch content for personal, non-commercial purposes, within your subscription and the app’s terms. Ownership of the content does not pass to you.

• You may not download, copy, record, distribute, publicly show, retransmit or commercially use content without permission.
• Circumventing the app’s protection, breaking DRM/encryption, extracting stream links or keys, accessing servers without authorisation, reverse engineering or automated collection of content is prohibited, except where the law allows it.
• Do not use the Service for fraud, illegal activity, harming other users or breaching system security.
• Selling, renting or handing over an account to someone else, or sharing a subscription without permission, may be prohibited; follow the terms of your current plan.

7. Intellectual property and content

The Nelio app, its design, mark, software and Service materials belong to their respective rights holders. Rights in films, series, subtitles, dubbing and other content may belong to their authors or licensors. Showing content in the Service does not grant you these rights.

If you believe rights in content have been infringed, write to [email protected] with the title of the material, information confirming the rights and your contact details.

8. Changing or limiting the Service

Nelio may suspend parts of the Service for a time, remove content or limit an account for security, maintenance, legal requirements, a rights holder’s request or a breach of these terms. Where possible, the user is told the reason and the next steps. Limitations do not cancel statutory consumer rights.

9. Liability and warranties

Nelio takes reasonable steps to keep the Service working, but cannot fully control interruptions caused by the internet, third-party services, devices or mobile operators. To the extent the law allows, Nelio is not liable for damage resulting from a user’s breach of these terms or from problems with their device or internet connection.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Mandatory rules on consumer protection, personal data and intellectual property take precedence.

10. Changes to these terms

Nelio may update these terms. Significant changes are announced in the app or in another suitable way, and the user’s consent is asked for again where required. The updated document states its effective date.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. If a dispute arises, the parties first try to settle it by negotiation; failing agreement, it is heard by the competent body or court established by law.
